Pioneering back research shows spooning is not constantly the sex position that is best for males who wish to avoid triggering low right back discomfort

Sex can become more agony than ecstasy for men with straight back pain, but Waterloo scientists are selling new hope with groundbreaking research that outlines the sex positions that are best for saving your back.

The latest research debunks the fact spooning may be the most readily useful place for males with bad backs and reveals precisely which people work well for several types of back discomfort.

“Any doctor will inform you that couples will usually inquire further exactly how to manage their straight back discomfort after and during making love. Many partners will remain celibate because one of love-making can lead to months of back agony,” said Stuart McGill, a professor in Waterloo’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences night. “ Until now, medical practioners have not had any science that is hard base their guidelines upon.”
